Our emergency heating engineer come with a 1-hour minimum charge, with the aim to begin work within the hour (subject to availability). After the first hour, we charge in 15-minute increments to ensure you only pay for the time needed.

Priority emergency attendance comes at no extra cost and we do not charge for callouts. We aim to be on-site within 1 hour.

Our emergency plumbers aim to be at your property within the hour, no matter the date or time. Our call centre is open 24/7, meaning that we are able to deal with serious and urgent plumbing concerns at any time, minimising the amount of damage, and ultimately, costs.

With engineers available around the clock, we can dispatch an emergency gas engineer at any time of day or night. Our heating maintenance service include:

• Repairing your gas central heating system, including boiler, controls, radiators and hot water cylinders.

• Examining your boiler to make sure it’s running safely and efficiently.

• Repairing the plumbing system and the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property, if necessary.

If you rent a property and the boiler breaks, it is a legal requirement that the landlord must fix your boiler. Likewise, if the weather is cold or there is someone vulnerable living in the house, having no hot water or heating may also be considered an emergency. We don’t believe that anybody should suffer without having access to hot water, so our heating engineers provide an emergency service. On average, our boiler service takes around 30 min, however, depending on the state of the boiler it can take longer.
